"I would like to give kudos to Sheila Garrett for her great Customer Service skills. As a Customer Service agent myself, I truly appreciate it when someone makes me feel as though I matter. I had what could have been a very stressful situation regarding my auto insurance, and she made my transition from my previous company to State Farm seamless. There was a minor error in my initial quote for the auto insurance, but she immediately contacted me (within the same hour), to advise me of the error. Not only that, I also needed renters insurance, which I had not mentioned, but she did, and now I feel reasonably secure in the knowledge that I am covered. In these days and times it seems Customer Service is a thing of the past.
